I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly comfortable and well-equipped, perfect for a quiet reading session or enjoying board games while overlooking the tropical garden. Everything was kept spotlessly clean by the attentive staff who clearly cared about their guests' comfort. The service was top-notch with genuinely happy staff making my stay even more enjoyable. The location in the lush, mature gardens near the charming shops of Shanklin was simply stunning. However, the dining experience lacked variety, although the Bernese sausages were a tasty highlight. Overall, a delightful stay with excellent facilities and tremendous value for the price.
